To set up the Owlet Home 1316-31A Pet Camera with Treat Dispenser, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the camera and accessories.
2. Plug the camera into a power outlet.
3. Download the Owlet Home app from the iOS, Android, or Amazon App Store.
4. Open the app and add the device.
5. Connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network by following the prompts in the app.
