To connect your Modern Forms FH-W1803-44L-27-TT Flush Mount Ceiling Fan to the app, follow these steps:
1. Download the Modern Forms app for free from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and create a new account by clicking on the "Sign Up" option. Enter your full name, valid email address, and a password with a minimum of six characters.
3. If you already have an account, log in with your email address and password.
4. Set up a Wi-Fi connection by entering the SSID and Wi-Fi password for the network you wish to connect to.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your fan via the local Wi-Fi network. Swipe left and go to your mobile device's Settings > Wi-Fi to connect to the Modern Forms Fan Wi-Fi. Select the receiver name "" found on the receiver labeling.
6. Return to the Modern Forms app and connect your local Wi-Fi network to begin the connection to the cloud.
7. Give your fan device a distinguishable name and select "Next" to continue the cloud connection.
8. You can choose to upload an image of the Modern Forms fan as installed in the room or skip this step.
9. Once the pairing process is complete, you will be able to control your Modern Forms FH-W1803-44L-27-TT Flush Mount Ceiling Fan through the app.
