To program the keypad on the Honeywell 8832001S Safes & Door Locks, follow these steps:
1. Wake up the lock by pressing any button on the keypad.
2. Input the Administrator Passcode (AP) and wait for a green light and beep.
3. To turn on/off the Auto-Lock function, input the AP, followed by "5". Then input the desired time (20-900 seconds) or "00" to turn off the Auto-Lock function. Wait for a green light and beep.
4. To turn off the sound, input the AP, followed by "6" and "1". Wait for a green light and beep. To turn on the sound, input the AP, followed by "6" and "2". Wait for a green light and beep.
5. To restore factory settings, press the reset button on the PCB board until you hear one beep. Release the button, and then three seconds later, you will hear a second beep. This indicates that the lock has been reset to the factory settings.
6. To add an administrator, use the Honeywell App to connect to the lock and follow the instructions provided in the app.
7. To customize passcodes received from the app, input the AP, followed by "1". Then input the Received Passcode (RP), New Passcode (NP), and repeat the NP. Wait for a green light and beep.
8. To enable/disable the Auto-Lock function, follow the instructions provided in the app.
9. To enable/disable vacation mode, input the AP, followed by "10" and "1" to enable vacation mode. To disable vacation mode, press the button for 3 seconds and then input the AP. Wait for a green light and beep.
