To connect your laptop to the Smart UF75 Conference Room Projector, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your laptop and the projector are both powered on.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI port on your laptop. The type of port will depend on your laptop model.
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the back of the projector.
5. Connect the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the input port on the projector.
6. Turn on the projector and wait for it to detect the laptop signal.
7. On your laptop, press the appropriate key combination (e.g., Fn + F4) to switch the display output to the projector.
8. The projector should now display the content from your laptop.
