To connect the Philips Hue 1746730V7 Outdoor Spot Light Base kit to your Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
1. Launch the Philips Hue app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Go to the Lights menu.
4. Tap on the "+" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
5. The app will automatically search for and locate your lights. This process may take some time.
6. Once the lights are located, they will appear on the Home tab in the app.
