1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi router is powered on and functioning properly.
2. Download and install the MyQ app on your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Create a MyQ account or log in to your existing account.
4. Open the MyQ app and tap on the "+" icon to add a new device.
5. Select "Garage Door Opener" from the list of available devices.
