12. Mount the rail bracket on the header, ensuring it is positioned above the highest point of door travel. Drill pilot holes and secure the bracket with lag screws.
13. Attach the rail to the bracket by aligning the holes and securing them with a clevis pin and cotter pin. Slide the carriage near the powerhead to prevent damage to the door.
14. Attach the powerhead to the ceiling using the provided mounting straps. Raise the powerhead unit to provide sufficient clearance between the door and rail. Secure the powerhead to the mounting straps.
15. Attach the door bracket to the garage door according to the instructions provided, either for sectional doors or wooden doors. Attach the door arm to the door bracket and carriage using clevis pins and cotter pins.
16. Install the Safe-T-Beam® sensors on each side of the garage door, facing the lenses towards each other. Secure the sensors with lag screws or appropriate fasteners. Route the wires from the powerhead to the sensors and make the necessary wire connections.
17. Install the wall console by routing the wire from the powerhead to the desired location. Make the wire connections at both ends and mount the console using screws or anchors.
18. Install the light bulbs into the powerhead and attach the lenses.
