To clean the filter of the RAZORBACK SLGR-850 MaxxDry Dehumidifier, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the unit.
2. Slide out the filter from its designated slot.
3. Check the filter for dirt and buildup.
4. If you have a Pre-Filter or MERV-8 filter, clean the filter mesh by vacuuming it or washing it with warm water (without soap or cleaners). Gently shake the filter dry and reinsert it.
5. If you have a Carbon or HEPA filter and there is dirt or buildup, replace the filter.
6. Once the filter is cleaned or replaced, slide it back into its slot.
7. Plug in the unit and resume normal operation.
It is recommended to clean the filter regularly to maintain the efficiency of the dehumidifier.
