To connect the Venstar T7900 Programmable WiFi Thermostat to your home WiFi network, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your thermostat is properly installed and powered on.
2. On the thermostat's home screen, tap the "Menu" button.
3. From the menu, select "WiFi Setup" and then choose "Setup WiFi."
4. The thermostat will display a message stating that it will search for available networks. Wait for the thermostat to finish scanning.
5. Once the scan is complete, a list of available WiFi networks will be displayed on the screen. Select your home WiFi network from the list.
6. If your network requires a password, the thermostat will prompt you to enter it. Use the thermostat's touch screen to input the password.
7. After entering the password, tap the "Connect" button to initiate the connection process.
8. The thermostat will attempt to connect to your WiFi network. Wait for a few moments while it establishes the connection.
9. Once the connection is successful, the thermostat will display a confirmation message. You should now be connected to your home WiFi network.
