To change the ISO settings on the Fujifilm GFX-100 camera, follow these steps:
1. Press the "ISO" button located on the top left side of the camera body.
2. Use the front and rear command dials to navigate through the available ISO options.
3. The front command dial adjusts the ISO value in full stops, while the rear command dial adjusts it in 1/3 stops.
4. As you rotate the command dials, the ISO value will change accordingly, and you can see the selected ISO value on the top LCD panel or the EVF/LCD screen.
5. Once you have selected the desired ISO value, release the "ISO" button to apply the changes.
