To install the ITC Wander Flex Light, follow these steps:
1. Determine the installation location and drill a hole in the mounting surface.
2. Secure the provided clips to the mounting surface using #6 pan head screws. The spacing of the clips will depend on your application, but when going around curves, the clip spacing should be closer.
3. Feed the wires of the light into the hole and apply application-specific sealant around the hole and wires to ensure a secure and weatherproof installation.
4. Gently push the light into the clips to secure it in the track.
5. Follow the wiring diagram provided in the manual to wire the light to your system. Always install the wire end first.
Important Notes:
- Do not bend the lighting more than necessary. Refer to page two of the manual for the minimum bend radius requirements.
- Only bend the LED ribbon in one natural direction and avoid twisting it in an unnatural direction.
- For HMTL flexible lighting, unroll the entire length before installing and start the installation at the wire lead end.
- Do not use any roller during installation as it may cause damage to the LED circuit.
- It is important to note that HMTL flexible lighting cannot be field cut. Field cutting the light will void the warranty.
