To properly balance the arm with monitors mounted, you can adjust the tension of the gas spring using the supplied Allen Key. Here are the steps:
1. Position and firmly hold the arm horizontally.
2. Use the Allen Key to locate the adjustment xxxx on the arm.
3. If the arm drops, turn the adjustment xxxx counter-clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
4. If the arm rises, turn the adjustment xxxx clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
