To pair the WiTouch Pro TENS Unit with your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the WiTouch Pro App from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2. Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on.
3. Using the screwdriver provided, remove the battery cover of the WiTouch Pro unit and insert the AAA batteries.
4. Turn on the WiTouch Pro unit by pressing the ON/OFF button. The green LED will start flashing, indicating that the device is in standby mode.
5. Open the WiTouch Pro App on your smartphone.
6. For iOS devices, click "OK" when prompted to enable Bluetooth. For Android devices, click "ALLOW" to enable Bluetooth.
7. Press and hold both the "+" and "-" intensity buttons on the WiTouch Pro unit at the same time until the LED stops flashing and remains solid green. Release the buttons. This should take approximately 3-4 seconds.
8. On your smartphone, click the "PAIR" button for iOS devices or "OK" to pair for Android devices.
9. If the device is not found, repeat steps 6-8.
10. The WiTouch Pro unit can only be paired with one smartphone at a time. If you want to pair it with a different smartphone, make sure to unpair it from the current one first.
11. If the device still does not pair, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on and hold both the "+" and "-" buttons for approximately 10 seconds until the LED blinks yellow. Release the buttons. Bluetooth is now on and ready to be paired. Repeat steps 6-8 to pair the device.
