To drain the condensate from the receiver of the Gude 412-8-100 Compressed Air Compressor, follow these steps:
1. After approximately 2-4 hours of use, the condensate that has formed in the receiver needs to be drained.
2. Locate the drain valve on the receiver. It is usually located at the bottom of the receiver.
3. Make sure to have a suitable container or drain pan ready to collect the condensate.
4. Slowly open the drain valve by turning it counterclockwise. Be cautious as the condensate may be hot.
5. Allow the condensate to drain completely into the container or drain pan.
6. Once all the condensate has been drained, close the drain valve by turning it clockwise.
7. It is recommended to perform this condensate draining procedure regularly to maintain the efficiency and performance of the compressor.
