To enable Cloud Service for the SwitchBot W1201500 Door Alarm, you will need to purchase a SwitchBot Hub Mini (sold separately) and set it up under your account. Once you have the Hub Mini, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your SwitchBot Hub Mini is connected to the internet and paired with your smartphone or tablet.
2. Open the SwitchBot app and navigate to the Home page.
3. Look for a cloud icon on the Contact Sensor device card. This indicates that the Contact Sensor is being scanned by the Hub Mini.
4. Tap on the Contact Sensor device card to access its settings.
5. In the settings page, you will find an option to enable Cloud Service. Toggle the switch to enable it.
6. Once Cloud Service is enabled, you will be able to access and control your SwitchBot W1201500 Door Alarm remotely through the SwitchBot app.
