To connect your speakers to the Creek Audio Evolution 50A Integrated Amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the amplifier is switched off and unplugged from the mains power supply.
2. Identify the loudspeaker terminals on the rear panel of the amplifier. There are two pairs of xxxx terminals.
3. Prepare your speaker cables by stripping the insulation from the ends to expose the bare wire.
4. Insert the bare wire into the appropriate loudspeaker terminal. There should be a positive (+) and negative (-) terminal for each channel.
5. Tighten the terminal securely to ensure a good connection.
6. Repeat the process for the other speaker, connecting it to the corresponding loudspeaker terminals.
7. Make sure that the speaker cables are connected in the correct phase. Cables are usually polarized with a line or raised bump on the positive side. Ensure that both speakers are connected in the same fashion to avoid any loss of bass performance or stereo image spreading.
8. Once the speakers are connected, you can switch on the amplifier and adjust the volume to your desired level.
