To clean the mychef DT.MP.GS.2103.2 goSENSOR Packaging Machine, follow these steps:
1. Clean the stainless steel outer casing using a damp cloth with water and detergent. Do not use any type of liquid that contains alcohol, acid, detergents, solvents, or equivalent to clean the casing.
2. Clean the lid of the vacuum packer with a damp cloth soaked in water. Do not use any chemical products. It is important not to use any liquid that contains alcohol, acid, detergents, solvents, or equivalent to clean the lid.
3. Check the condition of the Teflon adhesive tape and the sealing tape on the sealing bar. They must be in perfect condition and free from any defects.
4. Periodically check the condition of the water-tight seal on the lid. It must be in perfect condition.
Please note that cleaning the vacuum packer with pressure cleaning equipment is harmful to the appliance and may cause it to break, voiding the warranty. It is recommended to clean the appliance regularly and carefully following the instructions provided in the manual.
Remember to disconnect the appliance from the electricity grid before handling it for cleaning or maintenance. If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its aftersales service, or qualified personnel to avoid any danger.
