To fill the ACV Glass BL & ST Electric Water Heater with water, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the safety valve is correctly installed and that the outlet is connected to the sewer.
2. Check that the tank is filled with water.
3. Check that the air has been correctly bled from the circuit.
4. Check that the pipes are correctly connected and there are no leaks.
5. Check that all electrical connections have been carried out according to the appliance type (single or three-phase) and in compliance with local regulations.
6. Check that all electrical connections are secure.
7. Make sure that all access covers are closed.
8. Open a hot water tap located at the highest point of the system, as well as the safety valve, to bleed the air from the appliance and the system.
9. Open the filling valve and the stop valves to fill the DHW tank.
10. Close the hot water tap and safety valve after the water flow has stabilized and all the air has been evacuated.
11. Check all the connections of the system for leaks.
