To clean the , follow these steps:
1. Allow the steamer to cool completely.
2. Remove the water reservoir and drain all water.
3. Slide the water reservoir back onto the base until it clicks into place.
4. Store the steamer upright with the power cord wrapped around the base.
To remove minerals and sediment from the steamer, you can use white vinegar:
1. Add 1/2 cup (118 ml) of white vinegar to the removable water reservoir.
2. Follow the "How to Steam" instructions, steps 1-5, to steam the vinegar.
3. Press and hold or pulse the steam button until the water reservoir is almost empty. Do not steam clothes with vinegar in the water reservoir.
4. Allow the steamer to cool completely and empty the water reservoir.
5. Rinse the water reservoir and add 1/2 cup (118 ml) of water.
6. Repeat the "How to Steam" instructions to remove any remaining vinegar from the steamer.
It is important to disconnect the power before cleaning and to not immerse the cord, plug, or base in any liquid.
