Thank you for purchasing the Reina A-CSN060104BS Single Brushed Satin Textured Horizontal Radiator. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install it:
1. Ensure that the radiator is fitted by a fully qualified installer. This is important for the proper installation and functionality of the product.
2. Before fitting the radiator, it is recommended to wash out the heating system to remove any existing mud, scale, work residues, traces of flux, oil, etc. This will help maintain the efficiency of the radiator.
3. Check the pH level and dissolved solids in the system water. If the pH level is outside the 5.5-8.5 range or the dissolved solids are above 0.1mg/liter, it is necessary to protect the heating system components, including the radiator, with a proper chemical treatment compatible with all parts in contact with water.
4. Choose the proper fixings for the wall material to securely fit the radiator to the wall. This will ensure stability and safety.
5. If the system water exceeds 50°C, it is advised to install a warning mark near the radiator to prevent accidental scalding.
6. When cleaning the radiator surface, use only a soft cloth to avoid scratching the finish. Do not use chemical agents during cleaning operations. It is also prohibited to climb on the radiator.
7. The maximum working temperature for this radiator is 95°C, and the maximum working pressure is 4 bar. Ensure that the system operates within these limits to avoid any damage or safety hazards.
