To connect the Asante Garage Door Opener with Camera to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that the Asante Home Extender is connected to.
2. Download the free Asante Smart Home app from the Apple Store or Google Play and create an account.
3. Sign in to the app and claim your first Asante Home Extender when prompted.
4. Connect the power to your Asante Garage Door Opener with Camera. The LED lights on the device will start to blink, indicating Wi-Fi pairing with the Asante Home Extender.
5. The Asante Home Extender pairing light will blink until the wireless connection has been established.
6. When prompted in the app, claim your first Garage Door Opener with Camera.
If you are still experiencing difficulties connecting the device to your Wi-Fi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password in the app.
- Ensure that the Asante Home Extender and the Garage Door Opener with Camera are within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and try the connection process again.
