Installation Instructions:
1. Decide the location where you intend to install the meter and cut out a hole with dimensions of 42mm width and 49mm height. Ensure there is a minimum clear depth of 20mm.
2. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cables from both battery 1 and battery 2.
3. Connect the wires as follows:
- Connect the Black wire to the negative (-) terminal of battery 1.
- Connect the Red wire to the positive (+) terminal of battery 1.
- Connect the Blue wire to the positive (+) terminal of battery 2.
4. Reconnect the negative (-) battery cables to both battery 1 and battery 2.
5. Use the screws provided to fix the meter in position.
Initial Set Up:
1. Keep the "MODE" button pressed for 5 seconds to enter the initial set up mode.
2. Press the "SET" button to select the desired language.
3. Keep the "MODE" button pressed for 2 seconds to finish the basic set up and return to the display mode screen.
Set Up Mode:
1. Press the "SET" button and hold for 2 seconds to enter the set up mode.
2. Adjust the settings using the up and down arrow buttons until the desired value is reached.
3. Press the "SET" button to confirm the settings and move to the next stage.
4. The available settings in set up mode are:
- Volt 1 High: Set the high warning level of Battery 1 within the range of 13.0v - 36.0v.
- Volt 1 Low: Set the low warning level of Battery 1 within the range of 0.0v - 36.0v, but less than the level set in Volt 1 High.
- Volt 2: Enable or disable Battery 2 monitoring.
- Volt 2 High: Set the high warning level of Battery 2 within the range of 13.0v - 36.0v.
- Volt 2 Low: Set the low warning level of Battery 2 within the range of 0.0v - 36.0v, but less than the level set in Volt 2 High.
- Brightness: Set the brightness level within the range of 1-10.
- Sleep Brightness: Set the brightness level when in sleep mode within the range of OFF - 10.
- Sleep time: Set the time delay before the unit enters sleep mode with a range of 1-10 minutes.
- Buzzer: Enable or disable the warning buzzer.
- Finish: Set all stages and return to the display mode screen.
Display Mode:
Press the "MODE" button repeatedly until the desired display is showing:
- Display 1: Battery 1 only.
- Display 2: Battery 2 only.
- Display 3: Battery 1 and Battery 2 (bar indicator shows Battery 1).
- Display 4: Battery 2 and Battery 1 (bar indicator shows Battery 2).
Off Mode:
To turn the screen off, press the "OFF" button. Pressing any button will turn on the monitor.
Warning Mode:
When the high or low voltage is reached, the voltage in question will be highlighted. After the specified voltage level has been maintained for 5 seconds, the screen will flash, and the buzzer will activate. Press "OFF" to cancel the buzzer. Note that the buzzer will remain disabled once the voltage recovers. Use the set up mode to reset the buzzer.
