To adjust the height of the MOUNT-IT MI-8051 Sit Stand Computer Desk Workstation, please follow these steps:
1. Start by locating the height adjustment lever on the right side of the desk. It should be a small lever or xxxx .
2. Pull or turn the lever/ xxxx to release the locking mechanism.
3. Once the locking mechanism is released, you can now raise or lower the desk to your desired height. Use both hands to hold the desk and gently lift or lower it. Make sure to keep your fingers away from any moving parts.
4. Release the lever/ xxxx once you have reached the desired height. The locking mechanism should engage automatically and secure the desk in place.
5. To ensure stability, give the desk a gentle shake to make sure it is firmly locked in position.
