To install the LEDALITE ID-23 Drywall Corners TruGroove Recessed Micro in a drywall ceiling, please follow these steps:
1. Install the required mounting brackets (if applicable) and power feed.
2. Install framing/blocking as per the supplied layout drawings and instructions.
3. Install the drywall.
4. Install all lighting fixtures.
5. Install corner bead(s) and tape.
6. Mud, sand, and finish the wall(s) and ceiling(s).
It is important to note that the installation must be done in accordance with local and national building and electric codes. Make sure to properly brace the 'C' channels (or equivalent) to ensure accuracy of the cut-out in the drywall. Use appropriate tools to outline the specified dimensions of the ceiling cutout to ensure straightness of cutting.
Before connecting the fixture to the mains power supply, it must be connected to the building ground via the provided ground wire. Always disconnect or turn off the power before attempting any installation, service, or maintenance.
