The wiring information for the Dwyer Bulletin P-DHC-QS Series DHC Digihelic Differential Pressure Controller is as follows:
- 12-28 VAC/VDC Power: Connect the brown cable to terminal 1 and the yellow cable to terminal 6.
- 4-20 mA Output Signal: Connect the red cable to terminal 11.
- 0-10 V Output Signal: Connect the light purple cable to terminal 7.
- External Input Signal: Connect the light green cable to terminal 8.
- Signal Common: Connect the black cable to terminal 2.
- Relay #1 N/O: Connect the violet cable to terminal 12.
- Relay #1 Common: Connect the grey cable to terminal 13.
- Relay #1 N/C: Connect the white cable to terminal 14.
- Relay #2 N/O: Connect the dark blue cable to terminal 15.
- Relay #2 Common: Connect the dark green cable to terminal 10.
- Relay #2 N/C: Connect the orange cable to terminal 5.
- RS-485 B(+): Connect the tan cable to terminal 4.
- RS-485 A(-): Connect the pink cable to terminal 3.
- RS-485 Common: Connect the light blue cable to terminal 9.
Ensure that the wiring connections are secure and properly insulated to prevent any electrical issues.
