To assemble the discs on the MEEC TOOLS 019801 Angle Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Dismantling:
a. Clean the spindle and all parts to be fitted.
b. Press the spindle lock button and turn it with the supplied hex key until the spindle lock engages and locks the spindle.
c. Keep the spindle lock button pressed and release the spindle xxxx and its washer counterclockwise with the supplied hex xxxx .
d. Remove the spindle xxxx , washer, and disc.
2. Assembly:
a. Check that the disc is the right size and the center hole on the disc fits perfectly on the spindle.
b. Put the disc on the spindle and check that it fits correctly.
c. Put the spindle xxxx with the washer through the center hole in the disc and xxxx the xxxx into the spindle.
d. Press the spindle lock button and turn the spindle with the supplied hex key until the spindle lock engages and locks the spindle in place.
e. Keep the spindle lock button pressed and tighten the spindle xxxx and its washer clockwise with the supplied hex key. Check that the disc is firmly in place.
Note: Before starting the product, always check that the disc is correctly in place and can rotate freely without scraping against the guard or any other part.
