To pair the Lutron Caseta switch with the Pico remote control, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "off" button on the Caseta switch.
2. While continuing to hold the "off" button on the switch, press and hold the "off" button on the Pico remote control.
3. Release both buttons.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 to pair additional Pico remote controls.
