To connect the Philips Hue Q476929 Dimmable Smart Bulb to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
1. Open the Philips Hue app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on the addition (+) icon located in the top right corner of the screen under Settings > Lights.
3. The app will automatically locate your lights. Wait for the lights to show up on the Home tab.
