To reset the Sengled B11-N12 Smart Light Bulb, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the bulb is turned on.
2. Quickly turn the bulb off and on at least 5 times using a light switch or power bar. Make sure to do this within a short period of time.
3. If the reset is successful, the bulb will flash three times.
4. If the bulb does not flash three times, repeat the process again.
Once the bulb has been successfully reset, you can proceed to pair it with the correct device using the Alexa app.
