1. Start by removing both seats and the plastic side covers around the fuel tank and air box.
2. Remove the fuel tank and air box.
3. Secure the PC6 module in the tail section beneath the passenger seat using the supplied Velcro. Clean surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching the Velcro.
4. Route the PC6 wiring harness forward towards the engine along the right side frame rail of the tail section, making sure to route it beneath any frame crossover rails.
5. Secure the PC6 ground wire with the small ring terminal to the negative (-) terminal of the bike's battery.
6. Unplug the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) at the right side of the throttle bodies.
7. Plug the PC6 wiring harness in-line with the TPS and the stock wiring harness.
8. Unplug both Fuel Injectors.
9. Plug the PC6 wiring harness in-line with both Fuel Injectors and the stock wiring harness.
10. Connect the pair of PC6 leads with ORANGE colored wires to the left cylinder injector.
11. Connect the pair of PC6 leads with YELLOW colored wires to the right cylinder injector.
12. Locate and unplug the stock Crank Position Sensor (CPS) connectors. These are WHITE 2-pin connector pairs located just rear of the engine on the right side of the bike.
13. Plug the PC6 wiring harness in-line with the stock CPS connectors.
14. Unplug the stock wiring harness from both Ignition Coil sticks.
15. Plug the PC6 wiring harness in-line with both the Ignition Coils and the stock wiring harness.
16. Connect the pair of PC6 leads with GREEN-colored wires to the left cylinder coil.
17. Connect the pair of PC6 leads with BLUE-colored wires to the right cylinder coil.
18. Reinstall the air box, fuel tank, bodywork, and seats.
19. Download the latest map files from the DYNOJET website at dynojet.com/tunes.
