To install the DYNOJET CBR600RR Honda 2013-2021 Power Commander, please follow these steps:
1. Start by removing the main seat and the passenger seat.
2. Remove the fuel tank cover.
3. Remove the left-hand side fairing.
4. Prop the fuel tank up.
5. Temporarily lay the PC6 in the tail section and route the harness through the tail section. Removing the four bolts that hold the tail section in place will make this easier.
6. Route the harness towards the throttle bodies.
7. Secure the PC6 ground wire with the small ring lug to the negative (-) terminal of the bike's battery.
8. Unplug the stock wiring harness from the LOWER primary fuel injectors. Make sure to connect the PC6 to the lower set of injectors on the throttle bodies and not the upper secondary injectors on top of the airbox.
9. Plug the PC6 wiring harness in-line with the stock fuel injectors and the stock wiring harness for each injector. The pair of PC6 injector leads with ORANGE colored wires will go in-line with the #1 (leftmost) fuel injector. The pair of PC6 injector leads with YELLOW colored wires will go in-line with the #2 fuel injector. The pair of PC6 injector leads with GREEN colored wires will go in-line with the #3 fuel injector. The pair of PC6 injector leads with BLUE colored wires will go in-line with the #4 (rightmost) fuel injector.
10. Remove the bolt that holds the ground wires and the bracket for the alternator connectors to the frame on the left-hand side of the bike. This allows access to the bike's Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) connector.
11. Unplug the stock wiring harness from the bike's Throttle Position Sensor.
12. Plug the BLACK connectors from the PC6 in-line with the stock TPS and wiring harness.
13. Reinstall the alternator connector bracket and ground wires to the frame.
14. Using the supplied Velcro, secure the PC6 module in the tail section. Clean both surfaces with the supplied alcohol swab prior to applying the Velcro adhesive.
15. Lower the fuel tank and bolt it back into position.
16. Reinstall the seats and bodywork.
