To mount the PHILIPS BY698X G5 L1 LED Highbay, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the luminaire is parallel to the floor and does not exceed a tilt of 2°.
2. If you need to communicate between luminaires, make sure the distance between luminaires does not exceed 10 meters.
3. Do not touch the sensor when mounting the luminaires.
4. Use the provided accessory bracket or suspension mounting pipe for installation.
5. If you have the BY698X G5 xxx L1xxx GM model, it includes the necessary accessories.
6. Mount a safety string for the luminaire. The safety string is not provided by Signify and should be prepared by the user. The material specification of the safety string should be robust, preferably SUS304 Ø3. The string length should be d~d+30cm.
7. Keep the sensor protection foam in place during installation.
8. After installation, ensure that the luminaire is securely mounted and cannot be shaken, as this may trigger the sensor by mistake.
