The Shot of Steam feature on the Sunbeam 32610041 steam iron allows you to use an extra blast of steam for various purposes. To use this feature, follow these steps:
1. Fill the water tank of the iron with water. Make sure the iron is unplugged and turned off before filling the tank.
2. Plug in the iron and turn it on.
3. Allow the iron to heat up for a few minutes until it reaches the desired temperature.
4. Press the Shot of Steam button located on the handle of the iron. This will release a powerful burst of steam.
5. You can use the Shot of Steam feature both horizontally and vertically. For hanging garments, upholstery, or drapery, hold the iron in a vertical position and press the Shot of Steam button. For regular ironing, hold the iron in a horizontal position and press the Shot of Steam button.
