To fill the water tank of the Rowenta IS8440 Fabric Steamer, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the steamer is unplugged and turned off.
2. Locate the removable water tank on the steamer.
3. Press the water tank button to release the water tank from the steamer.
4. Take the water tank to a sink or faucet.
5. Open the water tank by twisting the cap counterclockwise.
6. Fill the water tank with tap water or a mixture of 50% tap water and 50% bottled demineralized water if your water is very hard.
7. Do not use water containing additives, condensation water, or rainwater.
8. Close the water tank by twisting the cap clockwise until it is securely tightened.
9. Return the filled water tank to the steamer by aligning it with the steamer and pressing it firmly until it clicks into place.
10. Ensure that the water tank is securely attached before using the steamer.
