There could be a few reasons why your device is not being charged and the blue light remains off. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check if your device is equipped with a Qi wireless charging standard. The VRi Wireless Charger is compatible with all Qi-Standard devices. If your device does not support wireless charging, you will need an additional wireless charging receiver.
2. Make sure your device is located in the correct charging position on the wireless charger. Ensure that it is centered and aligned properly with the charging area of the charger.
3. Verify that you are using an AC adapter with an output of no less than 1A. Using a lower output adapter may result in insufficient power for charging.
If you have checked these steps and your device still does not charge, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting or contact the VRi customer support for assistance.
