Yes, you can use the Sharp R-21LVF Microwave Oven to defrost frozen food. The recommended method is to use the Express Defrost feature. Here are the steps to defrost frozen food using the Express Defrost feature:
1. Place the frozen food on a microwave-safe plate or dish.
2. Press the "Express Defrost" pad on the control panel.
3. Enter the weight of the frozen food using the number pads. For example, if you have 1 pound of frozen meat, enter "1 0 0" (1 pound and 0 ounces).
4. Press the "Start" pad to begin the defrosting process.
5. The microwave oven will automatically calculate the defrosting time based on the weight of the food. The defrosting time will be displayed on the digital readout.
