To adjust the darkness level of the toast, use the light/dark selector xxxx located on the front panel of the toaster. Turn the xxxx to the right for darker toast and to the left for lighter toast. The selection should vary based on the moisture content, thickness of bread, whether fresh or frozen, and your darkness preference.
