To set the cooking time and temperature on the De'Longhi EO241150-M Premium Digital Convection Oven, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Menu" button on the control panel to enter the menu mode.
2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to scroll through the menu options and select the desired cooking function. The available options include Bake, Convection Bake, Broil, Toast, Warm, and Pizza.
3. Once you have selected the desired cooking function, press the "OK" button to confirm.
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the cooking time. The cooking time can be set from 1 minute to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
5. Press the "OK" button to confirm the cooking time.
6. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the cooking temperature. The temperature can be set from 150°F to 450°F.
7. Press the "OK" button to confirm the cooking temperature.
8. The oven will start preheating to the set temperature. Once the oven has reached the desired temperature, the cooking time will start counting down.
