To connect your eufy RoboVac G30 Hybrid to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that your RoboVac is fully charged and the main power switch is turned on.
2. Ensure that your Wi-Fi router is working properly and connected to the internet.
3. Check if you have entered the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password during the setup process.
4. Make sure that your Wi-Fi router supports the 2.4GHz band and is using the WPA or WPA2 encryption.
5. If you are using a hidden network, double-check that you have entered the correct network name and password.
6. Move your RoboVac closer to your Wi-Fi router to ensure a strong signal strength.
7. If you are using a 2.4/5GHz mixed network, switch to a 2.4GHz network for the Wi-Fi setup.
8. Reset the Wi-Fi connection on your RoboVac by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi reset button for 10 seconds.
9. Follow the instructions in the EufyHome app to set up the Wi-Fi connection again.
If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues with connecting your RoboVac to Wi-Fi, please contact eufy customer service for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or arrange for a repair or replacement if necessary.
