To clean the water and ice dispenser of the INVENTUM SKV1782RI American Fridge Freezer, follow these steps:
1. Switch off the ice dispenser by pressing the ICE OFF key on the operating panel.
2. Unplug the appliance from the socket.
3. Remove the lock box from the ice dispenser and store it if you no longer wish to use the ice dispenser and want to lock it.
4. Remove the components of the ice reservoir by grabbing them with both hands and pulling them upwards and horizontally towards you.
5. Remove the cover of the ice reservoir and move any ice cubes that are present to the reservoir in the door. Turn the transport spring to release ice cubes that are stuck.
6. Clean the reservoir and cover with a soft damp cloth and, if necessary, a little bit of washing-up liquid.
7. Carefully wipe them dry before placing them back in the appliance.
8. Place the cover back on the ice reservoir and slide it all back into its location in the appliance. Close the door.
9. Plug the appliance back into the socket.
10. Switch on the ice and water dispenser by pressing the key for the ice and water dispenser.
