There are a few possible reasons why your PURE ChargePAK battery pack may not be charging:
1. Ambient temperature: The ChargePAK will only charge properly within a temperature range of 18 - 45 degrees Celsius (62 - 113 degrees Fahrenheit). If the ambient temperature is outside this range, the battery pack will not charge for its own protection. Make sure you are charging the battery pack within the specified temperature range.
2. Battery lifespan: Rechargeable batteries, including the ChargePAK, have a finite lifespan. Under normal use, the battery should last around 18 months. However, as the battery ages, it may not be able to take on a full charge like it could when it was new. If your ChargePAK is older than 18 months and not charging, it may be time to consider replacing it.
If you have checked the ambient temperature and your ChargePAK is within its lifespan, but it still does not charge, it is recommended to contact the PURE Service Centre or refer to the product manual for further troubleshooting steps.
