To connect your Optoma EW533ST Digital Projector to your laptop, follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the projector and laptop are turned off.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI port on your laptop. The VGA port is a blue trapezoid-shaped connector, while the HDMI port is a thin, rectangular connector.
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the back of the projector. It should be labeled as "VGA IN" or "HDMI IN."
5. Connect the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the VGA or HDMI input port on the projector.
6. Turn on your laptop and the projector.
7. Press the "Source" or "Input" button on the projector's remote control or control panel to select the appropriate input source (VGA or HDMI).
8. Adjust the focus and zoom on the projector as needed to ensure a clear image.
