To connect external devices to the Optoma UHD38x projector, you can use the available input and output connections. The projector has two HDMI 2.0 inputs, which can be used to connect devices such as gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, or streaming devices. Additionally, there is an audio 3.5mm output, an S/PDIF output, and a USB-A power 1.5A output. These can be used to connect external speakers, audio systems, or power devices.
If you need to control the projector remotely, there is a RS232 control connection and a 12V trigger connection available. These can be used to integrate the projector into a larger home theater setup or automation system.
