To install the JB625DK Series 30 Inch Free Standing Electric Range, please follow the instructions provided in the installation manual. Here is a general overview of the installation process:
1. Before installation, consult the installation instructions for current dimensional data and additional requirements specific to your model.
2. Ensure that you have a locally approved flexible service cord or conduit, as the terminals will not be accessible after range installation.
3. Locate the electrical outlet box. Refer to the shaded area in the drawing provided in the manual for the recommended outlet location. This will allow the range to be installed directly against the wall.
4. It is recommended to have a 6" minimum spacing to surfaces less than 15" above the cooktop and adjacent cabinet to reduce exposure to steam, grease splatter, and heat.
