To install the RENAC R3-10K-G5 R3 Pre Series Solar Inverter, please follow these steps:
1. Before installation, check for any damage to the inverter and packaging. If you have any doubts, contact your supplier before proceeding. Also, check the voltages of the solar modules and ensure they are within the limits specified by the inverter.
2. Only trained and authorized personnel familiar with local electrical codes should install the inverter. Follow the steps described in the user manual for optimum safety. Remember that the inverter has two voltage carrying sides, the PV input and the AC grid.
3. When disconnecting the inverter, always disconnect the AC line first, followed by the PV lines. Note that the inverter can still have high voltages even when disconnected from the grid and solar modules. Wait at least 5 minutes before proceeding after disconnecting from the grid and PV panels.
4. Before connecting the AC grid to the inverter, ensure that the installation cover is mounted again. The inverter must not be open during operation.
5. Only authorized personnel are allowed to repair or modify the inverter. Use only original spare parts available from your supplier to ensure optimum safety for the user and the environment.
