To clean the VITEK VT-1432 BD Kitchen Machine, follow these steps:
1. Switch off and unplug the unit.
2. Wash the attachments (dough hook, mixing attachment, beater) and the bowl with warm water and a neutral detergent. Rinse them thoroughly and dry.
3. Clean the motor unit and the base with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Wipe them dry.
4. Do not immerse the kitchen machine, power cord, or power plug into water or any other liquids.
5. Make sure no water or detergent gets inside the motor unit or into the connection between the motor unit and the base.
6. Use neutral detergents and cleaning agents to remove dirt. Do not use metal brushes, abrasive detergents, or solvents.
