To pair your Jabra Pro 900 Deskphone Wireless Headsets with your deskphone, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your deskphone is compatible with the Jabra Pro 900 series headset. Refer to the compatibility guide in the user manual or on the Jabra website to confirm compatibility.
2. Put on your Jabra Pro 900 series headset.
3. On the base of the headset, press and hold the pairing button until the LED indicator starts flashing blue.
4. On your deskphone, activate the Bluetooth pairing mode. Refer to your deskphone's user manual for instructions on how to do this.
5. On your deskphone, search for Bluetooth devices. The Jabra Pro 900 series headset should appear in the list of available devices.
6. Select the Jabra Pro 900 series headset from the list on your deskphone.
7. If prompted, enter the PIN code "0000" to pair the headset with your deskphone.
8. Once the pairing is successful, the LED indicator on the base of the headset will turn solid blue.
9. Test the connection by making a call from your deskphone. The audio should be routed through the Jabra Pro 900 series headset.
