To connect the Harman Kardon SoundSticks III 2.1 Speaker System to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Place the individual SoundSticks III satellites beside your monitor or computer.
2. Place the subwoofer as desired, preferably under your desk for optimal performance.
3. Connect the satellite cables to the dual subwoofer cable. Also, connect the input cable to the subwoofer input cable jack.
4. Insert the SoundSticks III input cable into your computer or other audio device.
5. Plug the power cord into the power adapter.
6. Plug the power adapter into the subwoofer.
7. Plug the power cord into a wall receptacle.
8. Push the power ON/OFF button on the subwoofer. The unit is on when the LED is lit. Use the subwoofer volume xxxx to balance the subwoofer's volume with that of the satellites.
9. Adjust the volume level by touching the + or - button on the volume control satellite. Touching both buttons mutes the audio.
