To manually update the firmware on your Jabra Engage 40 USB-C UC Stereo Corded Headset using Jabra Direct, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Jabra Direct installed on your computer.
2. Turn on your Jabra Engage 40 headset and connect it to your computer using the USB cable.
3. Open Jabra Direct on your computer and select your Jabra Engage 40 headset from the list of connected devices.
4. If a firmware update is available for your headset, you will see an "Update now" button. Click on it.
5. This will open the Updates window. Next to your listed device, click on "Update" to open the update dialog.
6. Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click on "Update". Make sure not to disconnect your headset during the update process.
7. Follow any on-screen instructions that may appear to complete the firmware update.
