To manually update the firmware on your Jabra Engage 40 USB-C UC Stereo Corded Headset using Jabra Direct, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Jabra Direct installed on your computer.
2. Turn on your Jabra Engage 40 headset and connect it to your computer using the USB cable.
3. Open Jabra Direct on your computer and select your Jabra Engage 40 headset from the list of connected devices.
