To set the time on the Technoline WS 9632 Weather Man Forecast Station, please follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "SET" button for about 3 seconds until the hour digits start flashing.
2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour to the correct time.
3. Press the "SET" button again to confirm and move to the minute digits. The minute digits will start flashing.
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the minutes to the correct time.
5. Press the "SET" button again to confirm and move to the year digits. The year digits will start flashing.
6. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the year to the correct value.
7. Press the "SET" button again to confirm and move to the month digits. The month digits will start flashing.
8. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the month to the correct value.
9. Press the "SET" button again to confirm and move to the day digits. The day digits will start flashing.
10. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the day to the correct value.
11. Press the "SET" button again to confirm and exit the time setting mode.
Please note that the Technoline WS 9632 Weather Man Forecast Station receives its time signal from the DCF77 clock, so it should automatically update the time once it receives the signal. However, if the signal is weak or unavailable, you can manually set the time using the above steps.
